Meet Ronnetta.

“My family and I have been in your shoes, having moved numerous times, to several states. I know how much it matters to have a real estate professional who’s willing to go above and beyond for you, and not just during bankers’ hours. You deserve round-the-clock access, responsiveness and results from an advocate who’s willing to do the hard things, while making it all look easy. I look forward to reserving your spot on my VIP list and adding you to my clientele.”

RONNETTA GRIFFIN, Broker-in-Charge and Owner of GRIFFIN FINE REAL ESTATE, is a wife, mother of two, entrepreneur, community volunteer, and a Realtor®. She knows how it feels to "do life" during the home selling process; she and her family have done it many times. She also understands the myriad of obstacles and worries of the home buying process. So whether you are selling or purchasing a home, she has been in your shoes.

Ronnetta grew up in Columbia, and her husband in Greenville. They left South Carolina in 1995 for her husband’s career. Following multiple moves over the next 15 years, Ronnetta and her family were finally able to return to South Carolina in 2010, making Greenville their new home. They survived a nearly disastrous home purchase thanks to the steady hand and guidance of their fabulous real estate agent.

The happy ending to their story inspired Ronnetta to pursue a career in real estate. She hoped to help others in similarly difficult situations just as her agent-turned-friend had helped her and her family. In 2015 she obtained her real estate sales license and joined a local brokerage where she consistently ranked as a top producer.

Six years later, Ronnetta obtained her real estate broker license and in 2021 launched her own brokerage, GRIFFIN FINE REAL ESTATE. With more than $65M in sales volume, she brings a wealth of experience, knowledge, expertise and professionalism to every relationship and every transaction.

Ronnetta truly cares about what happens to her clients. Just ask them. They will tell you that she goes above and beyond to get the job done. Her supply of patience is endless and she is happy to show you house after house until you find just the perfect one. She will answer (or find the answer for) any question you might have from real estate issues to recommendations for a good restaurant, hair stylist or gift shop. Ronnetta is quick and responsive, priding herself on being more than just an agent to her clients.

Ronnetta stays on top of all of the large and minute details that can make or break a transaction. And if things do go wrong, as sometimes happens, she will calmly guide you around the obstacles. She’s a problem solver, a peacekeeper and she never gives up.

Her excellent reputation among her fellow agents provides a competitive edge for Ronnetta’s clients when presenting offers and negotiating deals. Everyone wants to work with someone they know they can trust and rely on to get the job done. They know they can count on Ronnetta to do that and more.

Want to know more about Ronnetta?

Ronnetta Griffin's husband Tom, a native Greenvillian, is the President and Founder of TMG Security Consulting. He retired from the Federal Government in 2021 as the U.S. Marshal for the District of South Carolina, as appointed by President Donald J. Trump in 2018. Prior to that, his 21-year career with the U.S. Secret Service took the family on quite a geographical journey. After leaving South Carolina in the mid-1990s, the couple moved to New Jersey, New York, Maryland and Washington, DC, before finally coming back home to their beloved Palmetto State, making their current home in Greenville in 2010. Because of that experience, and overcoming many obstacles along the way, Ronnetta fully understands what it’s like to go through the often overwhelming real estate transaction process.

A graduate of Wyatt Institute of Real Estate, Ronnetta is a member of Greater Greenville Association of Realtors®, Western Upstate Association of Realtors®, South Carolina Association of Realtors®, and National Association of Realtors®. Ronnetta is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist® and has earned membership in the Million Dollar Guild® of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing®.

A lifelong volunteer and community service advocate, Ronnetta shares her time as a Board Member of the Iron Disorders Institute and as the CEO of Ironology Health Solutions, helping to raise awareness about the dangers of iron deficiency anemia. Ronnetta enjoys supporting a variety of worthwhile causes. She has served on the Board of Directors of the Miss South Carolina Scholarship Organization which crowns a young lady each year to compete at the Miss America pageant. She also served as the founding Chairman of the Board of the Miss South Carolina Volunteer Pageant, and is proud to have helped to bring the Miss Volunteer America pageant to South Carolina. Ronnetta is a long-time volunteer on her neighborhood’s HOA Board, having serving as president, and enjoys supporting many local charity events and philanthropic organizations in the Upstate.

Ronnetta holds a B.A. Degree in Studio Art and Communication Arts from Columbia College in Columbia, SC. By combining her eye for design, appreciation for quality and love of the hunt, she enjoys helping her real estate clients unlock their dreams.

Ronnetta’s knack for excellent client service stems from her colorful and decorated background. Her skill set includes marketing, graphic design, public relations, public speaking, event planning and sales. Because of her unique experience, she understands the need for distinctive real estate representation and is equipped to offer all that it requires.

Growing up in the South and volunteering for various organizations since the age of 11 has given her a flair for hospitality and a heart for helping others. Whether you’re a first-time home-buyer or seasoned seller, Ronnetta will bring a welcomed energy, integrity and charm to the process.

Ronnetta served as Miss South Carolina 1991 and Mrs. South Carolina 2015 and leveraged both experiences to bring attention to important causes including the serious dangers of Iron Deficiency Anemia, an undiagnosed condition that nearly led to her experiencing heart failure. In 2018, she founded and launched Ironology Health Solutions to provide effective and innovative supplements to those suffering from iron disorders.

Ronnetta is often asked to model locally and she does so happily, especially for charitable causes and events. She has been featured in The Greenville News, TOWN magazine and was named one of TALK Greenville magazine’s “25 Most Beautiful” for her community service and philanthropic accomplishments.

Ronnetta and Tom are growing more accustomed to their new “empty nest,” and they are very proud of their two young adult sons, Thomas and Teddy. Teddy is a recent graduate of Erskine College and was a member of the Erskine Men’sGolf Team. He is currently working as an assistant pro at Mountain Top Golf & Lake Club in Cashiers, NC. Thomas is a Clemson grad and after also graduating from the SC Criminal Justice Academy, he worked as a game warden with South Carolina Department of Natural Resources (SC DNR). He recently decided to pursue a career in insurance and is an agent with Ryan Pullicin’s State Farm in Greenville. As a family, the Griffins enjoy community volunteerism, boating, hunting, and traveling. They rely on their strong faith and attend Brookwood Church in Simpsonville.

In her spare hours, Ronnetta enjoys spending time with her beloved Vizsla named Colt, the boys’ black lab named Scout, making candles and antiquing. She wears mostly black but loves the color pink, fancy monograms, and fresh flowers. Anything with a little bling catches her eye…so much so that she’s earned the nickname of “Glitter.”

As a matter of fact, she's been known to leave a little sparkle wherever she goes.
